Aerobic Dance Workouts Sessions
We offer aerobic dance work out sessions on Mondays and Thursdays in the Upstairs community room of the Lincoln City Hall. Mondays work out is yoga mixed with ballet and other types of dance. Thursday we offer Zumba which is a Latin dance work out. Both are a good fun cardio workout.
Cost is $1.00 per session.
Biggest Loser Contest
Want to lose weight? Sign up for the Biggest Loser Contest. The contest starts in late January or early February.
Chess
Chess is held during the school year at several locations. All levels of chess playing are welcome. If you don't know how to play you can learn.
Youth Soccer
Youth soccer is offered during the spring. This program is for preschool through 8th grade. However if there is an interest for High School we will add that division.
Cost is $20.00 per child
Summer Ball Program
Summer ball has several divisions ranging from T-ball to K-18. This season is played during the months of June and July.
Cost: T-Ball $10.00 All other ages: $20.00 All ages may rent pants for an additional $10.00 fee.
Youth Flag Football
Youth Flag Football is offered during the fall. This is ran in conjunction with Youth Volleyball. This program is for Kindergarten through sixth graders.
The cost is $20.00 per child. Submitt your enrollment forms now.

Youth Volleyball is offered during the fall. This program is ran in conjunction with Youth Flag Football. This program is for Kindergarten through sixth graders.

Youth Basketball
Youth Basketball is offered during the winter. This program is for Kindergarten through Sixth Grade.
The cost is $20.00 per child.
Dance
Post Rock Dance offers dance for children 3 year of age and older. Both Ballet and Jazz are offered. Enrollment in class will be held on Tuesday August 23, 2011 at the Finch Theatre for the fall session, there will be openings again in January. Dance classes will begin on September 6, 2011 and will be held at the Finch Theatre. A dance recital will be held in December and again in May.
